Payment is required once your booking is accepted, payment details will be supplied upon acceptance
Room cancellations made with more than 48 hours prior to the event will incur a 20% cancellation charge.
Payment is required to confirm the booking and is refundable up to 48 hours before the event.
Any damages to the property or additional cleaning requirements will be charged to the event organiser.
The organiser is responsible for the safety and security of attendees.
